1. Technical Integrity
TechHK is built on the pillar of Engineering Excellence. We foster an environment of "Hard-but-Fair" technical reviews. Members are expected to critique the architecture, not the architect. Personal insults, "gatekeeping," or technical elitism that discourages growth is strictly prohibited.
2. The "Build-In-Public" Ethics
- Anti-PlagiarismStealing a peer's logic, documentation, or project assets during a challenge is a tier-1 violation.
- Collaborative RespectSpamming the Peer Networking portal with non-technical discourse or unsolicited sales pitches is prohibited.
3. Enforcement & Reporting
Violations of this protocol are reviewed by the TechHK Vetting Committee. Consequences range from formal warnings to permanent expulsion from the Talent Pool and Bounty eligibility. If you witness a violation, use our direct line below.
